Post a help request without signing up — the DirectAid flow

People who need help can publish a basic request without an account. Learn what is required, how the mobile number is used and what remains optional.

No email or password is required

The guest path is for a person who wants to publish a need without first opening an account. The form asks for request details and the mobile number required for internal identification and receiving the donation.

What appears publicly

The public request can include a display name, general area, title, category, story, target amount and urgency. The mobile number is not shown in the post.

One active guest request per number

The number lets the platform recognize when an active guest request is already associated with that mobile number and prevent another parallel request through the same guest path.

Holocaust survivor marker

A requester can select the marker. When selected, it is shown prominently with a note that it is self-declared rather than government verification.

A full account is optional

Someone who later wants chat, video, history and full management can open an account. The basic request itself does not require that step.

What can you do now?

To read active requests, donate or post a help request, open DirectAid directly. The basic actions do not require an account.
